On January 10, 2007, the Prime Minister issued Decision 30/QD-TTg approving the Master Plan for Administrative Procedure Simplification in the Fields of State Management for the Period 2007 – 2010 (“Project 30”) and Decision 07/QD-TTg Dated January 4, 2008 promulgating the Implementation Plan for Project 30, which presents a comprehensive, transparent system of solutions to inventory, review and simplify administrative procedures. In support of Project 30, the VBF M & D Working Group, together with the Project 30 Secretariat and various business associations and NGOs have conducted a preliminary, informal survey of the business community to ascertain which administrative procedures require urgent and immediate attention.
